Preparing for the National Defence Academy (NDA) exam after completing the 10th standard requires a solid understanding of subjects like Mathematics, General Ability, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

NDA is conducted by UPSC and is surely one of the toughest exams in the country and it takes a lot more than just academics and intelligence to clear such exam.UPSC releases around 350–450 vacancies every year in two terms NDA 1 and NDA 2
650000/400 = 1625 , so for each seat literally you are fighting with 1600 to 1700 other candidates
First comes the Exam, *Written* Consists of English , General Knowledge and another paper of mathematics which consists of 11th and 12th standard level. (2 papers)
Cut off is around 350/900 , it’s safe if you score more than 500 to be on the merit list.

(1)Science Stream:

(2) Art Stream:


This stream includes subjects like English,general knowledge, History and Polity but there will be some difficulties for students in Maths and Physics sections.so here is the tip;
Tips for students of Art stream:
This section includes English, General Knowledge, and Current Affairs. For English, practice grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills. General Knowledge should cover various topics like history, geography, politics, economics, etc. Staying updated with current affairs is also essential.English will be your high scoring subject and try to get atleast cutoff marks in GS.
